Agence Le Bonheur is an independent real estate agency located in Maubourguet in the Hautes Pyrenees.

Edward Landau is the founder and director and has been assisting foreign and local purchasers and sellers in the purchase and sale of properties in the South West France since 1995. His in-depth knowledge of the local areas and regions as well as the french property market is a guarantee that you will receive a personalized and professional service that is essential in any transaction.

Penelope Landau is instrumental in the day to day running of the agency, marketing the properties and your first point of contact for enquiries. She also manages the administrative roles of the agency.

Lionel Calibet is a skilled negotiateur based in our Maubourguet office. A native of the Hautes Pyrènees he is well respected for his strong knowledge of the local market and thorough approach in the purchase/sales process.

Antoine Truccolo is involved in the commercial and marketing strategy and ongoing development of the agency.

Le Bonheur is completed by the valuable contributions made by our team of commercial Agents, Gillian, Danielle and France.
